Custom-Made Jewelry
From a sketch to a CAD drawing, to creating a wax model, and casting and setting stones, the process of custom jewelry design is meticulous and requires flawless execution.

In over 25 years of service, we have custom designed every type of jewelry imaginable in a diverse range of styles, for a wide variety of clients. Anything can be custom designed, from engagement rings and wedding bands, to earrings, pendants, and any other piece of jewelry, including inherited jewelry.
Jewelry Redesign
Custom jewelry is not restricted to the creation of new pieces only. Think jewelry redesign when you want to update an older piece of jewelry or create an entirely fresh look from a piece you inherited.
In this process, existing materials from old pieces – diamonds, colored stones, even metals – are re-purposed to create something new and special. Many customers often cannot believe their old pin could be redesigned into a stunning ring, or their dull diamonds could sparkle beautifully in a new bracelet.

Roman Shor
Roman Shor, the namesake of Roman Jewelers and a custom jewelry designer, learned the art of jewelry making as a boy from his father and grandfather, two established and talented custom jewelry designers. They recognized Roman’s passion and talent for artistry and jewelry-making at a young age, and enthusiastically passed on their knowledge and family traditions.
Lucy Zimmerman
Lucy Zimmerman, Roman’s daughter and a talented custom jewelry designer in her own right, shares her father’s extraordinary love for jewelry creation, and striving for perfection in every piece she designs. “I don’t know of any other profession that would give me as much satisfaction as designing jewelry,” says Lucy. “My inspiration as a custom jewelry designer comes from our customers. It is a process of combining the fashion and lifestyles of our customers with imagination and knowledge. It is from my father that I learned the most valuable lesson of custom jewelry design: beautiful stones do not make beautiful jewelry. Artistic vision, hard work, and striving for perfection do.”
